“A Waldorf school is one that allows educators and parents to
integrate into education everything that from your knowledge of the human being,
their knowledge of the world and love for the child, consider essential”.
Rudolf Steiner”
The Waldorf School Isolda Echavarría follows the basic guidelines of the Waldorf Pedagogy, respecting the evolutionary stage of children according to the septenary they are in. The educational community is prepared to shelter students in the physical and spiritual realms.
The school's curriculum is adapted to the needs of the children and young people and combines art and academia to optimize the process. It is important to achieve the unfolding of each child's potential, taking into account their individuality because each one is unique.
In the daily practice of the training provided by the institution, we aim to create a social fabric into which the child integrates and strengthens. In this way, the child or young person can take on the challenges of daily life, not only in their own environment but also on a global level.
Today, as a Waldorf school, we call upon the community to consider active and effective participation for the sake of children and youth, in order to achieve a true social fabric.

The entrance of children to school can be done from the age of 18 months to Nursery (walking children). They will remain in Nursery until they are three and a half years old, at this age they will go to Preschool, where they will remain until they are 7 years old, when they will be ready for the cognitive process.
In Waldorf education, doing is not a simple complement, but the core that gives life to learning. Each practical, artistic or manual activity becomes a bridge between thinking, feeling and acting, awakening the will and forming whole human beings. Through everyday gestures such as knitting, cultivating or painting, the child not only acquires skills, but also develops emotional qualities and strengthens his or her bond with the world. This pedagogy proposes that knowledge is born from living experience, transforming the classroom into a space where learning is creating, and where each conscious action paves the way towards clear, imaginative and human thinking.
